Getting Started with the App

Where can I find the app?
You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire before your first appointment. Once you’ve completed it, you will receive an email invitation to start working with the app. In this email, you will find download instructions as well as your personal access code. Make sure to securely store this personal code!

Downloading and installing the app
You can download the app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. After opening the app, select ‘Center for Early Detection’, or ‘Centrum voor Vroegdiagnostiek’ in Dutch, and then choose your diagnostic path. To use the app, you will need to accept the terms and conditions. The app may request permission for push notifications. Selecting ‘allow’ will enable you to receive notifications when new information is available, or when something is expected of you. You will now be brought to the welcome screen. Scroll down and enter your personal access code. The app is now ready to use.

Viewing information online
You can also view your personal information online through the patient journey webapp. You don’t need to download an app to view this page. Select your diagnostic path and accept the terms and conditions. You will be brought to the welcome screen. Scroll down and enter your personal access code. The website will now display your personal information.

Please note: The website doesn’t send notifications when new information is available or when something is expected of you!

Prefer to have your information on paper?
If you are unable to view the information digitally, you can always request to receive essential information on paper. Please discuss this with your healthcare provider during your next consultation.

Please note: The app is currently only available in Dutch
