Do you have a complaint?

Visitor satisfaction is immensely important to the NKI Center for Early Diagnostics. Nevertheless, it is possible that you are not satisfied and unable to resolve the issue with the person(s) involved. In such cases, you can submit your complaint via the digital complaint form. You can find this form on the website of the Netherlands Cancer Institute, or access it directly on Zenya.
Once the complaints officer has received your form, we will contact you to discuss your complaint and find a resolution together. If you prefer a paper leaflet, you can pick one up at the information center in the main hall.
