Referral criteria breast cancer

1. Screening clinic

Criteria:

• Guideline conform screening and referral familial risk (in Dutch)

2. Rapid diagnostics clinic

Criteria:

• >16 years old
• symptom or abnormality in the breast / painful breast / nipple discharge/ concerns about breast(s)

3. Results population screening program

Criteria:

• Results of population screening program is known; follow-up examinations required
• Results of population screening program will be requested by the Netherlands Cancer Institute and do not need to be included.

General practitioners can refer to our Center via ZorgDomein, Antoni van Leeuwenhoek or AVL Centrum voor Vroegdiagnostiek.
